Great list. I would add: Glen H. Stassen and David P. Gushee, Kingdom Ethics. Glen H. Stassen, Living the Sermon on the Mount.
David Fillingim, Prophetic Virtues. Miguel de la Torre, Reading the Bible from the Margins. The first of Glen Stassen’s books on Just Peacemaking (sole author, not editor) which gives his full biblical argument, Glen H. Stassen, Just Peacemaking: Tranforming Initiatives for Justice and Peace.

I look forward to seeing this completed as a book.
